The Latest from Storm Team 5…
Good morning! For parades and ceremonies today, the weather could not get much better for it. Full sunshine for the morning will give way to a few fair weather clouds for the afternoon. Highs today will run up to around our average high of 70 degrees, cooler lakeside in the lower 60s. An easterly wind should prevent any showers or sprinkles from developing.
For tonight, we will see an increase in clouds but we should stay dry. Temperatures will fall into the middle to upper 40s, so no issues with frost are expected.
A very unsettled weather pattern will begin Tuesday. An area of low pressure will stall out to our south and east, bringing with it a few days of rain chances, but no day will be a complete washout.
Tuesday, an east wind should help keep Green Bay, Fox Valley and Lakeshore communities dry, with the better chance of scattered showers being north and west of Green Bay in central WI. Highs top out in the upper 60s to around 70.
Scattered showers and a breezy NE wind for Wednesday will bring in cooler temperatures, highs will fall into the lower 60s by then.
The low will pull away on Thursday, but a few lingering showers are possible. Highs will climb back into the 70s. On Friday, a back door front will drop in from the north and bring a chance of an isolated shower on Friday before we dry out for the weekend.
