GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) – One of the Milwaukee Brewers’ few offseason signings is making his journey back to the big league starting rotation, a journey that will feature a rehab appearance in Grand Chute.
As posted by the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers on social media, left-handed pitcher Jose Quintana is expected to make a rehab appearance for the Brewers’ High-A affiliate on Tuesday, likely as the team’s starting pitcher.

Quintana, who is currently on the 15-day injured list due to a shoulder injury, has a 4-1 record for the Brew Crew so far this season with a 2.65 ERA and 24 strikeouts through 34 innings of work.
The left-hander will take the mound for the Timber Rattlers as they host the Peoria Chiefs with the first pitch of Tuesday’s game scheduled for 6:40 p.m.
