GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A new self-serve and homemade bread shop in Green Bay opened on Saturday, with freshness on the menu.
The Green Bay Bread Shed is a self-serve and cash-only bakery at 1137 Dousman Street, with daily home-baked fresh bread for customers.
The first day, according to the bakery’s Facebook post, opened up at 8 a.m. with a variety of flavors and plenty of sizes to pick from.
The premise of the Bread Shed is to provide homemade, fresh sourdough in a variety of flavors.
