SUAMICO, Wis. (WFRV) – With the 2025 Packers season in the books, many Wisconsinites are beginning to gear up for the 2026 Brewers campaign, and some fans got quite the surprise at a local Culver’s from a few Brewers stars.
During lunch hours on Thursday, Brewers’ third basemen Caleb Durbin and pitcher Chad Patrick, along with some of the iconic racing sausages, surprised fans by serving delicious Culver’s food to unsuspecting guests at the Velp Avenue location.
Durbin and Patrick worked the drive-thru, register, and even had time to take a few pictures with some fans.

“We have fans in Green Bay, Madison, Wausau, La Crosse, Eau Claire, everywhere,” began Brewers President of Business Operations Rick Schlesinger. “This is a good opportunity for us to bring the players and some of our staff out to the different communities around Wisconsin to say ‘thanks,’ say hello, have some fun, give out tickets while drumming up some support for Brewers baseball.”
Pitchers and catchers begin to report in early February. The Brewers first Spring Training game is slated for Saturday, February 21, at 2:10 p.m. against the Cleveland Guardians.
