DEWEY, Wis. (WFRV) – A State Road and County Road in northwestern Wisconsin will be closed for multiple hours following a ‘serious’ crash between a propane truck and a pickup truck.
According to the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office, earlier on January 28, deputies were called to State Road 70 and County Road H in the Town of Dewey for reports of a ‘serious’ crash.
Deputies noted that the crash involved a propane truck and that the propane truck caught fire.

Both roads will be closed for roughly six hours for safety reasons until the propane has completely burned off and the truck can be safely removed.
Detours are in place, and there is no word yet on any possible injuries.
