FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – The 41-year-old former Fond du Lac teacher’s aide was scheduled to be in court Wednesday morning for a status hearing.
Court records show that despite being scheduled, Stephanie Jensen was not personally in court, but her attorney appeared on her behalf.
Both the defense and the prosecution are believed to be close to a resolution between the two parties, and another status hearing is scheduled for March 13 at 8:30 a.m.

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – The 41-year-old former Fond du Lac teacher’s aide was in court while in custody on Friday morning for a hearing on a motion to reduce her bond and institute bail.
Court records show that Stephanie Jensen was in court while her attorney appeared by video, as they argued for a reduction in bail to a $50,000 cash bail, which the prosecution objected to.
Additional arrest made in connection to fatal shooting in Sheboygan
Jensen’s bond had initially set at $200,000, and the court ruled against the defense, continuing the present bond.
A status hearing is still set for March 4 at 8:30 a.m., listed for attorneys only.
