(WFRV) – A 44-year-old Oshkosh man pleaded guilty on Friday to one count of coercing/enticing a minor to engage in sexual conduct through a person in the Philippines.
According to a release, Bradley Hounsell communicated online with a person in the Philippines in search of sexually explicit content of children. In November 2023, the person told Hounsell they had access to a 13-year-old child.

Hounsell asked the person to sexually abuse the child and send him a video of it, paying him for it online. The person later sent Hounsell the video that depicted the sexual abuse.
Online communications showed that Hounsell repeatedly requested sexual images of minors.
The FBI led the investigation with the assistance of the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office and multiple other officials.
