The Latest from Storm Team 5…
While you may see a few flakes this evening, skies should stay cloudy with some clearing expected later tonight. Lows will fall into the low teens this evening and level off or slightly warm up overnight.
A few patchy clouds are possible Saturday morning, but I am expecting a beautiful Saturday afternoon under mostly sunny skies. Highs finally warm up back around normal into the low and mid 20s.
Likely will form some clouds overnight, but it wont stop our temperatures from falling into the single digits Saturday night with wind chills in the single digits below zero.
Sunday will begin with a mix of sun and clouds in the morning, turning cloudy in the afternoon. Even though the morning will be a could, a strengthening southwest wind will warm us up into the mid and upper 20s for the afternoon.
A weak disturbance will bring a chance for snow Sunday evening and night. Amounts will stay under 1″.
Temperatures will remain at or above normal this week with quiet weather expected throughout. Watching a chance for snow later in the week around Thursday into Friday.
