The latest northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…
Well, the guess is in from the nation’s favorite groundhog. Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow at sunrise in Pennsylvania this morning, meaning six more weeks of winter! Regardless of his prognostication, you can plan for six more weeks of winter here in Wisconsin every Groundhog’s Day.
We had one inch or less of snow fall Sunday night and into Monday morning, leaving the roads a bit slippery on the way off to work and school this morning. Remaining snowfall should be clearing away in the middle to late morning hours with some sunshine returning here and there. Temperatures will be close to normal at times through the first week of February, and the average high is now 26 degrees!
