WAUSHARA COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) — A 32-year-old Fond du Lac woman has been sentenced to 10 years in prison and eight years of extended supervision for supplying drugs that led to a fatal overdose.
Court records show Andi M. Anthony was sentenced on Dec. 22, 2025, after previously pleading no contest and being found guilty of second-degree reckless homicide and two counts of felony bail jumping.

The case stems from a March 12, 2024, incident when the Waushara County Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical complaint. Emergency responders located a 34-year-old man at the scene, and he was pronounced dead.

Investigators said evidence linked Anthony to the scene. An autopsy and toxicology report later confirmed the victim died from a fentanyl overdose.
Through the investigation, detectives determined Anthony supplied the fentanyl to the victim, using both physical and digital evidence to support the charges.
