OAK CREEK, Wis. (WFRV) – A 28-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested Tuesday night for multiple random crimes, including assaulting a person.
The Oak Creek Police Department reported multiple 911 calls of an ‘agitated’ man walking in an intersection around 7:22 p.m. on Wednesday, with witnesses stating the man had punched, kicked and thrown items at passing cars.

The man also reportedly assaulted another individual, and upon officers’ arrival, he kicked a squad car. The man, a 28-year-old from South Milwaukee, resisted arrest before officers used a taser to take him into custody.
Officers say he had shown indications of being under either a narcotic or in an altered medical state, and he was not injured in the arrest. The person he reportedly assaulted was slightly injured, but did not request further treatment.
Officials say charges of battery, disorderly conduct, criminal property damage and resisting arrest will be referred to the District Attorney.
