BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – A recent OWI Task Force deployed in Brown County ended with 24 traffic stops and six OWI citations, as authorities announced the next deployment’s date.
According to a Facebook post from the Green Bay Police Department, the OWI Task Force was deployed throughout Brown County on Friday, February 13, and Saturday, February 14.
Officers provided the following statistics during the operation:
- Total Stops: 24
- OWI Citations: 6
- Other Citations: 23
- Other Warnings: 24

“Included in the total stops, other citations, and warnings were offenses such as open intoxicants, speeding, registration violations, and equipment violations,” officers stated.
Officers say the next OWI Task Force deployment is scheduled for Friday, February 20, and Saturday, February 21.
