MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities have confirmed that a shooting happened near a Manitowoc bar sometime overnight on Wednesday and Thursday morning.
Local authorities confirmed with Local 5 of a shooting near Replay on Manitowoc’s Madison Street.
