(WFRV) – Authorities in western Wisconsin say multiple people were arrested following a police investigation into a burglary incident.
According to a release from the Hudson Police Department, officers responded Sunday morning to reports of a burglary in the area of Namekagon Street and Mississippi Street.
During an initial investigation, it was learned that two suspects were going through the surrounding neighborhood, checking for unlocked vehicles and garage doors. After reviewing doorbell footage and tips from nearby residents, police were able to identify a suspect vehicle and one of the suspects involved.

A search warrant was then executed on Tuesday in the City of Hudson, with four people being arrested on unrelated charges, including one person who was wanted on an active burglary warrant out of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
While the search warrant was being carried out in Hudson, deputies with the Ramsey County Sheriff’s office found and stopped the suspect vehicle. Inside the vehicle was the burglary suspect, who was identified and photographed, as well as a passenger who was arrested on a warrant for domestic violence.
No other information is available at this time, and an investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
