(WFRV) – The former 90 Day Fiancé star accused of fraud in Wisconsin was in court on Wednesday for her initial appearance.
Court records show that 36-year-old Leida Margaretha had her signature bond set at $1,000 in the hearing alongside her attorney.
The court also set a few upcoming hearings, including a pre-trial conference on April 29 at the District Attorney’s Office at 9:30 a.m. and a ‘return date’ on June 17.

(WFRV) – A former reality TV star was officially charged with fraud in Wisconsin.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by WFRV, 36-year-old Leida Margaretha is facing 24 charges tied to alleged fraud. Back in February 2024, an officer met with the owner of a company in Juneau County.

The owner reported fraudulent charges being withdrawn from the company’s bank account, the complaint said. The charges were going into accounts to pay for policies.
The registered agent for the company that was doing these charges was listed as Margaretha. The listed address for this company was the same as Margaretha’s residence.
In the complaint, it says Margaretha was a former employee of the company victim of the fraudulent charges. She left the company in January 2023 following an argument with management.
Margaretha allegedly had access to the company’s account information through her former role.

The total amount of fraudulent charges added up to $14,473.92, according to the complaint.
In July 2025, an officer talked with the business owner again. An authorization form was shown to be electronically signed by ‘Leida’.
While this incident was happening, Margaretha was on bond for a case in Columbia County, according to the complaint. One bond condition for the case was for Margaretha to ‘commit no other crimes’.

- Felony
- Up to six years in prison per charge
- Forgery (five counts)
- Felony

- Theft – business setting (>$10,000 – $100,000)

Court records show Margaretha is scheduled to have her initial appearance on February 18 at 9 a.m.
Margaretha appeared on 90 Day Fiancé in its sixth season. IMDb says she was on 13 episodes from 2018 to 2019.
