Captain Josh Lambie confirmed to Local Five that six vehicles were destroyed and two to three other vehicles were damaged. None of the cars were said to be electric.
Firefighters were on the scene for about two hours, bringing the fire under control. It appears that one of the cars had caught fire, and it spread to the other vehicles.
Captain Lambie added that the cause of what started the fire is under investigation, and arson is not suspected at this time.
