The Latest from Storm Team 5…
It was a nice day to start the work week under mostly sunny skies and temperatures warming up to our seasonal high in the low 40s.
Tonight will start clear, but clouds will increase ahead of a weak system passing by to our north. The only precipitation from this one will be a few stray snow showers north of HWY 29.
Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a few peaks of sunshine from time to time. Highs will get even then today, reaching the mid and upper 40s and if you are lucky, the low 50s.
Mentioning a chance for a stray rain shower Wednesday AM, but besides that it will be another mostly cloudy day with highs for all hitting the low and mid 50s.
Our best chance for precipitation will be Thursday mid day in the form of rain showers with a brief mix up north. This will accompained by a strong wind, cooling us down from the upper 40s on Thursday to the upper 30s on Friday.
A big warm up is expected as we finish out March and usher in April with a run of days in the mid to upper 50s and possibly reaching 60 degrees on Aptil Fools Day…not a joke!
