ROCK COUNTY, Wis (WTVO) — A Beloit woman has been charged with murder after police were called for a welfare check on Friday and found a 14-year-old girl dead.
According to police, the Rock County Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check on Friday morning, March 20, in the 2000 block of East Gorton Street in the Town of Turtle
Police say 41-year-old Tyiece Oninski of Beloit has been arrested and charged with first-degree intentional homicide.

A family friend started a GoFundMe to help cover funeral expenses.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office and the Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office are investigating the death.
