RIB MOUNTAIN, Wis. (WFRV) – While shopping can sometimes be a bit stressful, one employee at a Dollar Tree in Wisconsin is dressing up to make more people smile.

Amy Schultz works at the Rib Mountain Dollar Tree, and she says she turns a quick little shopping trip into a pick-me-up for many customers by dressing up in festive outfits at work three times a week.
Any says she does this just to make more people smile.
Because I found that not a lot of people smile anymore. So, this, kind of, forces them to smile.

Another employee at the store says that they do have a dress code while at work, but Amy continues to wear her festive outfits on a regular basis, seemingly becoming a positive exception to the dress code.
Amy also says that she picked up the habit after another fellow employee had started dressing up, and now the tradition has continued on ever since.
