The latest from Storm Team 5…
There’s no shortage of rain today in northeast Wisconsin. After this mornings ice storm we transition into potential for severe thunderstorms and even a tornado potential. First things first, we are tracking a low pressure system to our southwest that is forcing some storms into the northeast. This will continue to move into our area ahead of midnight. The tornado risk is on the much lower end and effects areas such as Sheboygan and Fond du lac counties, these counties have been issued a tornado watch. We can also see damaging wind and hail up to 1″.

Drier conditions return on Friday with sun and clouds throughout the day and rain moving in overnight. Saturday will see some morning rain and a cloudy afternoon. Sunday will be breezy with mostly cloudy skies. all three of these days have highs in the mid 40s.
Monday will bring in another chance for light snow or mix ahead of a sunny Tuesday. A chance or rain persist for Wednesday and Thursday. The work week experiences highs in the lower to mid 40s Monday and Tuesday and lower 50s Wednesday and Thursday.
