Chief Mathison served the Town of Winchester and the Town of Clayton for 30 ears, carrying on the family tradition set forth by his father, the late Chief Dean Mathison, and his brother, the late Captain Scott Mathison.
Officials with the department spoke of how much Chief Mathison meant to them and described him as a pillar in the community.
Glen meant so much to each and every one of us. There are not enough words to describe how much he is going to be missed. Rest easy Glen, we will take it from here!
