According to a release from the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office, the county as a whole has experienced significant amounts of rain, causing flooding on its southern end.
Crews are out checking County and Town bridges, culverts, and roadways, as dangerous, high water levels have created unstable surface conditions under several roads near culverts.

Drivers are asked at this time to avoid Jaworski Road as the bridge to the south of South Chase Road is completely washed out.
Officials say they will monitor conditions and provide updates. They remind the public to never approach any washed-out bridges or culverts.
