WISCONSIN (WFRV) – Multiple National Weather Service offices across Wisconsin have confirmed a handful of tornadoes that touched down stemming from a statewide severe storm system.
Two day rainfall totals across northeast Wisconsin during April’s heavy rain
According to the National Weather Service—Milwaukee, survey teams confirmed a roughly six-minute EF2 tornado at around 6:22 p.m. in Lisbon on April 14. Officials reported maximum wind speeds of up to 120 miles per hour.
The tornado reportedly laid out a 3.2-mile path, completely ripping the roof off a building and causing other structural damage. Officials also reported multiple uprooted/snapped trees.
In Marquette County, the National Weather Service confirmed an EF1 tornado just southwest of Endeavor around 6:28 p.m. on April 14. The brief tornado laid out a roughly 50-yard-wide path, with multiple barns and outbuildings destroyed.
An additional tornado confirmed by the National Weather Service—La Crosse was near Union Center on Tuesday afternoon. Officials confirmed the preliminary rating as an EF3 with peak wind estimates around 140 miles per hour.

A fourth tornado confirmed by Storm Surveyors with the National Weather Service reportedly came just south of Beaver Dam. Survey crews say preliminary damage indicates an EF0 with maximum winds at around 85 miles per hour, with minor damage to some homes.
