OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) – An Omro man accused of shooting someone while attending a pub crawl in Oshkosh has officially been charged.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by WFRV, 23-year-old Devon Price has been charged with the shooting incident in Oshkosh.
On April 11, around 7 p.m., officers were sent to the area of John Avenue and McKinley Street for a report of a shooting. One person was found with two gunshot wounds to their legs.
Multiple witnesses provided videos of the incident and a suspect was identified. The videos appeared to show a large group of people pushing and shoving each other.

Price was allegedly punched in the face before he pulled out a gun and fired it, the complaint said.
Another witness told authorities Price told them ‘I killed him. I just killed someone.’ Price’s clothes were found at a restaurant.
Authorities found Price’s vehicle and took him into custody. The complaint says he acted surprised when he was confronted by the police.
Price told authorities he was in Oshkosh for a pub crawl and admitted to drinking alcohol. The complaint says he also admitted to carrying a handgun.
He claimed he was scared and everything went black after he got punched.
On April 13, the Oshkosh Police Department got an anonymous tip that directed them to a sewer. A handgun was found in that area.
Price is charged with:
- First degree recklessly endangering safety (use of a dangerous weapon)
- Felony
- Up to 12.5 years in prison (can be increased due to the use of a dangerous weapon)
- First degree reckless injury, use of a dangerous weapon
- Felony
- Up to 25 years in prison (can be increased due to the use of a dangerous weapon)
- Concealing stolen firearm
- Felony
- Up to six years in prison
- Possession of a firearm while intoxicated
- Misdemeanor
- Up to nine months in prison

Court records show Price is scheduled to appear in court on April 15 for his initial appearance.
