The latest northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…
Here we go again as many communities continue to battle flooding and dense fog to start the day. That fog and any mist or light showers will clear out as the day wears on, leading to emerging afternoon sunshine! It will also be warm again away from the lakeshore in the 60s to around 70 degrees! That’s the good news.
The not so good news is that we are going to get more rain later Friday. Showers and possible strong thunderstorms will flare up again around and after 4pm through the evening hours. Not only could we see more localized heavy rainfall, but severe weather with hail, damaging winds, and some tornado spin ups are possible. The tornado threat is highest in central Wisconsin. We will watch this closely for you in the next 24 hours as well as update the flooding threat.
