GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 30-year-old Green Bay man was arrested and charged for allegedly burglarizing a woman’s residence and committing lewd acts of sexual behavior involving the victim’s personal property.
According to a release from the Green Bay Police Department, officers are looking to speak with any additional victims of Cayetano Cruz-Mirandan, who was arrested on Wednesday and charged with reported burglary and stalking.

Officers say that on April 11, Cruz-Mirandan allegedly “burglarized the residence of a female victim and committed lewd acts of sexual behavior involving the victim’s personal property.”
Officers believe that Cruz-Mirandan may have been stalking the victim before the incident happened.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Cruz-Mirandan on April 16 with the following:
- Burglary of a Building or Dwelling
- Stalking
- Criminal Damage to Property
