GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The 37-year-old Illinois man facing charges after a tour bus crash in Green Bay, which injured 33 people, has entered a not guilty plea
Court records show that Ghebry J. Figueroa of Prospect Heights, Illinois, appeared in court on Monday via video for an arraignment.

While in court, Figueroa and his attorney entered a not guilty plea for the charges of two counts of Knowingly Operating While Revoked (Cause Great Bodily Harm) and one count of Commercial Driving while Disqualified.
Figueroa is scheduled to be back in court on July 9 at 2:15 p.m. for a status conference.
