STEVENS POINT, Wis. (WFRV) – A 60-year-old Wisconsin man is facing dozens of charges after police say he was looking through residential windows and secretly recording individuals inside their homes.
According to the Stevens Point Police Department, officers responded March 9, 2026, to the 300 block of Michigan Avenue for a report of a man on private property looking through windows.

Officers located the suspect, identified as Keith A. Larson of Whitewater, as he attempted to run and hide. He was initially arrested for disorderly conduct and a probation violation.
During the investigation, police say they learned Larson has a history of similar “peeping” behavior dating back to 1998.
Authorities allege a search of Larson’s phone revealed he had been recording and photographing individuals through the windows of their homes without their knowledge.
Police say all victims in this case have been identified and notified.

Larson is now charged with 22 counts of capturing an intimate representation, 18 counts of invading privacy and two counts of attempting to capture an intimate representation.
The investigation remains ongoing.
