STOUGHTON, Wis. (WFRV) – A woman in southern Wisconsin is facing charges after allegedly driving while intoxicated with two small children in the vehicle.
According to the Stoughton Police Department, the 33-year-old woman was arrested Saturday following reports from witnesses who suspected she was intoxicated with children in the car.

Police say both children were under the age of four and were not properly restrained in the vehicle.

Initial testing reportedly showed the driver’s blood alcohol concentration was more than three times the legal limit. She was taken into custody and booked into the Dane County Jail. In addition to the OWI charge, she was cited for multiple traffic violations.
