RANDALL, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials say that two suspects have been arrested concerning a September 2003 cold case homicide investigation in southern Wisconsin.
The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office reported that the homicide investigation of David Vanderzee in Randall started nearly 22 years ago, and the two suspects were taken into custody on Wednesday, with both facing heavy cash bonds.

Roxanna Collins (formerly Vanderzee) of McHenry, Illinois, was arrested by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for the following
- First-degree intentional homicide
- Party to a crime and use of a dangerous weapon
Collins is currently held in the McHenry County Jail on a $75,000 cash bond pending extradition to Wisconsin.
The other suspect, John Visskocil of Genoa City in Wisconsin, was also arrested on Wednesday for the following:
- First-degree intentional homicide
- Party to a crime and use of a dangerous weapon
Oshkosh man previously convicted of sexual abuse indicted for obscenity, child pornography
Viskocil is currently held on a $500,000 cash bond. The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office is asking anybody who may have information to contact detectives at (262) 605-5102.
