APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – With summer travel bringing higher passenger volume to Appleton International Airport, officials from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) are offering helpful tips to ensure travelers move through the checkpoint safely and efficiently.
Packing smart starts at home with an empty bag, and TSA officials will host a “how to pack your carry-on” demonstration to share best practices for avoiding prohibited items and adhering to the 3-1-1 liquids rule.

The TSA also provided an update on REAL ID compliance and reminded passengers of other acceptable forms of identification.
