GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 38-year-old Green Bay man accused of the rape of two 13-year-old girls had a court hearing on November 19.
Court records show Brad Bonville was in court with an attorney for what was initially scheduled as a plea hearing; however, posted in the record as a status conference. The present bond was continued.
His new plea hearing has been set for February 2, 2026, at 11 a.m.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 38-year-old Green Bay man accused of sexually assaulting two 13-year-old girls has been arraigned in Brown County Court, with his next appearance now scheduled.
Court records show Brad Bonville was arraigned via Zoom on Monday. His plea hearing has been set for Nov. 19 at 1:30 p.m.
Bonville faces multiple felony charges and could spend decades behind bars if convicted.

37-year-old Green Bay man accused of raping 13-year-old girls set for arraignment in September
August 22, 2025 – 1:03 p.m.
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 38-year-old Green Bay man accused of raping two 13-year-old girls was in court through Zoom while in custody during a scheduled hearing on Thursday.
Court records state that Brad Bonville was in custody at the Oconto County Jail while his attorney was in court, and the defense waived their right to a preliminary hearing.
The present bond was continued as an arraignment was set for 3:30 p.m. on September 15.
Additional charges filed against 37-year-old Green Bay man accused of raping 13-year-old girls
August 14, 2025 – 2:21 p.m.
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The 38-year-old Green Bay man who is accused of raping two 13-year-old girls was not in court on August 12 for a scheduled hearing.
Court records indicate that Brad Bonville’s attorney appeared in court on his behalf, acknowledging that he had been taken into custody the night before the hearing.
The defense sought to adjourn the hearing as the present bond continued.
A status conference was set for August 21 at 09:30 a.m.
Additional charges filed against 37-year-old Green Bay man accused of raping 13-year-old girls
July 14, 2025 – 1:51 p.m.
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 37-year-old Green Bay man accused of having sex with two 13-year-old girls had additional charges filed against him in the case.
Court records show that Brad Bonville, whose bond is still set at $50,000, was in court on July 10, a little over two weeks after an amended complaint was filed.

The amended complaint added the following charges to his case:
- Second-degree sexual assault of a child
- Felony
- Up to 40 years in prison
- Exposing a Child to Harmful Material
- Felony
- Up to 3.5 years in prison
Bonville now faces a total of six charges in the case, with the others being two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child and two counts of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime.
The initial complaint stems from the two girls who said Bonville raped them on May 6, 2025.

Bonville’s cash bond conditions were modified; however, it still lists the bond at $50,000. A preliminary hearing was set for 9:30 a.m. on August 12.
