MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) – Police in Manitowoc are asking the public to help identify a dog and its owner after a reported biting incident on January 20.
According to the release, the incident would have occurred near Lakeland Manor at 3910 Waldo Boulevard between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

The reported victim is a juvenile who described the animal as a large black dog, but no breed information is available.
