APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Appleton say a driver is now in custody for their 4th OWI after recently crashing into a vehicle and a gas pump.
According to the Appleton Police Department, officers were recently dispatched to a local gas station for reports of a drunk driver who left the scene after crashing into an attended vehicle and a gas pump bollard.
Police later found the vehicle, conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, and completed an impaired driving investigation.
The driver was then arrested for felony 4th offense Operating While Intoxicated.
