(WFRV) – A 53-year-old Green Bay man accused of his 9th OWI and multiple misdemeanors was in court for a hearing on April 6 while in custody.
Court records show Corey Dekeyser and his attorney were present; however, Dekeyser was moved to the Dodge Correctional Institution in Dodge County, as the initial arraignment set for Monday was rescheduled.
Dekeyser’s new arraignment hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on May 4.

(WFRV) – The Green Bay man accused of his 9th OWI and multiple misdemeanors was in court on March 6 while in custody at the Brown County Jail.
Court records show 53-year-old Corey Dekeyser was with his attorney as they waived the rights to a preliminary hearing. The court accepted the waiver and bound him for trial.
Dekeyser’s arraignment hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on April 6.

(WFRV) – The Green Bay man charged with an alleged 9th OWI and multiple misdemeanors was in court on Thursday while in custody for a status conference.
Court records show 53-year-old Corey Dekeyser had an attorney in court for him as the $100,000 present bond was continued.
Dekeyser is set for a preliminary hearing on March 6 at 9:30 a.m.

(WFRV) – A Green Bay man was charged with his 9th OWI after getting pulled over early Saturday morning in Brown County.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by WFRV, 53-year-old Corey Dekeyser is facing three charges following a traffic stop. One of those charges is his 9th OWI.

On January 24, around 12:30 a.m., a deputy with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office saw a vehicle that did not have any lights illuminating its rear license plate. This happened in Bellevue.
Eventually the vehicle stopped for the deputy and the driver was identified as Dekeyser.
The complaint says Dekeyser did not have a driver’s license and could not have an alcohol concentration above .02. He is also required to have an ignition interlock device installed and the deputy did not see one in the vehicle.
Dekeyser reportedly smelled of intoxicants and the vehicle was later searched. Two opened and empty 4 Lokos drinks were found in the backseat.

After administering standardized field sobriety tests, a preliminary breath test was conducted, which yielded a result of .095.
Dekeyeser was arrested, the complaint says this would be his 9th OWI.
He is charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence – 9th offense
- Felony
- Up to 12.5 years in prison
- Operate motor vehicle while revoked
- Misdemeanor
- Up to one year in prison
- Failure to install ignition interlock
- Misdemeanor
- Up to six months in prison
Court records show he had his initial appearance on January 27. His cash bond was set at $100,000.
Dekeyser is scheduled to appear in court on February 26 at 2 p.m. for a status conference.
