BUCHANAN, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities say three people from Illinois and a Kaukauna man are hurt following a crash in Outagamie County Monday night.
Driver identified in string of vehicle damage incidents on State Highway 25
According to a release from the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 8:40 p.m. to the intersection of County Highway Z and Haas Road in the Town of Buchanan for reports of a two-vehicle crash.
Officials say a preliminary investigation showed that a minivan was heading south on Haas Road when it failed to stop at a stop sign, crashing into an eastbound SUV on County Highway Z.

The three people inside the minivan, all from Illinois, were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the SUV, a 66-year-old man from Kaukauna, was flown to the hospital by ThedaStar with non-life-threatening injuries.
Following the crash, the roadway was closed for about two hours and has since reopened. No other information about this incident is available at this time.
