FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – A 19-year-old Fond du Lac resident has been taken into custody in connection with multiple residential entries and attempted entries reported earlier this week.
According to the Fond du Lac Police Department, officers executed a search warrant Thursday shortly before 3:15 p.m. in the 1600 block of Primrose Lane as part of an ongoing investigation into incidents that occurred during the early morning hours of Feb. 17.

Following the search and investigative interviews, the 19-year-old was arrested on multiple charges and is being held at the Fond du Lac County Jail. Authorities have not yet released the suspect’s name.
Police said the case was treated as an immediate priority. Officers, detectives and supervisors conducted an extensive neighborhood canvass, reviewed evidence, followed investigative leads and maintained a visible presence in affected areas.
Nick Hahn of the Fond du Lac Police Department said incidents like these can impact how safe residents feel in their homes and thanked community members for sharing information during the investigation.
Chief Aaron Goldstein said the department moved quickly to address community safety concerns and credited both officers and residents for their cooperation.

Authorities continue to encourage residents to secure doors and windows, keep exterior lighting operational, use home security systems when available and report suspicious activity. Anyone with relevant surveillance footage is asked to contact the Fond du Lac Police Department.
