TAYLOR, Wis. (WFRV) – A Black River Falls resident is $2 million richer after hitting the top prize on a Wisconsin Lottery scratch ticket.
According to the Wisconsin Lottery, Warren Rott purchased a $2,000,000 CA$H scratch ticket at Taylor Corner Store, located at W16211 State Road 95 in Taylor, and claimed his prize Monday.

The $2,000,000 CA$H game is a $50 scratch ticket that debuted May 2, 2025, and features 10 prize levels ranging from $75 to $2 million. Lottery officials said five players have won $5,000 prizes from the game so far this year, and another player recently claimed a $100,000 secondary prize.

The $2 million ticket marks the largest winning lottery ticket ever sold at Taylor Corner Store.
Wisconsin retailers that sell winning tickets over $599 receive a 2% Retailer Performance Program Winning Ticket Incentive, up to $100,000. For selling the $2 million ticket, Taylor Corner Store will receive $40,000.
