GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) – The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers have narrowed their annual Food Fight contest to five finalists, giving fans the chance to help decide a new concession item for the 2026 season.
Centered around Salmon’s Bratwurst, this year’s competition features five creative dishes that could land on the menu at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium.

The finalists include:
- The Southwest Grand Slam – A jalapeño and pepper jack brat topped with pickled onions, roasted corn and black bean salsa with cilantro and lime, served on a brioche bun with avocado cream.
- The Reuben Bratwurst – A brat topped with a creamy Swiss cheese sauce, corned beef and sauerkraut, served on a pretzel bun with Thousand Island dressing.
- The Pizza Brat – An Italian brat on a bun with garlic butter pizza sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
- The Hot Honey Brat – A classic brat drizzled with hot honey and brown mustard, topped with caramelized onions and served on a soft roll.
- Gnaf’s Nacho Poutine – Badger brat coins served over waffle fries and topped with beer cheese and fresh cheese curds.

Fan voting to determine the 2026 Food Fight champion runs through Sunday, March 8. The winning entry will be announced March 12 and added to the concession lineup.
CBS ‘On the Road’ spotlights Green Bay’s Cat Grandpa Terry at Safe Haven
Last year’s winner was the 3 Little Pigs Grilled Cheese sandwich. Previous champions have included the Almighty Pork Sandwich, the Dinger Dog, the Grilled Cheese Chicken Sandwich and other fan favorites.
