GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Packers have found their special teams coordinator for the 2026-27 NFL season.
According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Packers plan to hire Cam Achord, a former assistant with the Patriots and Giants. The Packers confirmed the news shortly after the initial report.

The 39-year-old spent several years in New England, spending four seasons as the special teams coordinator after two seasons as an assistant under Joe Judge. He was part of the Patriots team that won Super Bowl 53 in 2019.
He spent the last two seasons as an assistant special teams coach for the New York Giants before he was unretained by the Giants’ new head coach, John Harbaugh.
