- 1 piece of ham
- 2 slices of sour dough toast

Mitch told Local Five the pancakes were no joke, as he took 29 minutes and 51 seconds to complete the breakfast challenge, just 9 seconds away from failing.
It’s all in good fun. I don’t try to go super crazy onto it as far as being the fastest ever. You’re not going to see me like the people that do the hot dogs at Coney Island. I’m not dipping anything in water like dunking or anything like that, but I do try to have fun with it. Might get a little crazy experimenting with syrups and things like that, but at the end of the day, it’s all in good fun, all for a fun foodie time.

The breakfast challenge at The Pancake Place marks Dombroski’s 428th food challenge victory, which includes successfully completed challenges in 29 different countries. He said he even managed to do his post-food challenge ritual, completing Spider-Man push-ups.
