MARINETTE, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities throughout northeast Wisconsin are still warning drivers that roads continue to be treacherous multiple days after the historic March snowstorm, with crashes still being an issue.
The Town of Peshtigo Fire Department posted pictures of a two-vehicle crash south of Marinette on Wednesday morning, noting that “many roads are still limited to one lane with snow banks obscuring visibility, and are snow-covered and slippery.”
Authorities say that first responders were called to a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 41 around 7:15 a.m. on March 18.
