FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials in Fond du Lac County are urging people to lock their doors overnight after multiple recent vehicle/garage entries, especially in the Township of Friendship.

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says the recent reports have come in the St. Cloud area and Lakeshore Drive in Friendship, many of which stemmed from unlocked doors.

Due to the recent reports, officials are continuing to urge people to lock their doors, whether it’s a vehicle or garage, especially overnight and with warmer weather.

Another important step is to turn on outdoor lights/motion sensor lights if possible, and to make sure that all bulbs still work.
