MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – Police in Wisconsin were called in to handle a group of 30-40 juveniles who caused several disturbances Wednesday night, starting by refusing to leave a local mall.
According to the Madison Police Department, officers responded around 4:20 p.m. to the East Towne Mall, where the mentioned group of 30-40 juveniles was refusing to leave despite the mall’s Youth Escort Policy, which requires visitors under 18 to be with a parent or guardian over the age of 21.

After officers were able to usher the group out of the area, the group showed up at a Northport Drive restaurant around 9:10 p.m., where they allegedly fought and “made a large mess.”
Afterward, police say the same group of 30-40 juveniles then made their way downtown, causing additional disturbances, including one in Peace Park.
