GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A Green Bay couple is heading on a wild tandem bicycle journey together through a self-supported effort that will go over 2,000 miles.

Peter and Tracy Flucke of WE BIKE, etc., LLC, are set to embark on their journey from Mobile, Alabama, to Boston, a 2,200-mile ride along the Gulf and East Coasts.
The couple stopped by Local 5’s Off The Desk with Stacy Engebretson to discuss their journey, which is far from the first long-distance tandem biking adventure they’ve gone on.
“We ride to explore, to challenge ourselves and to inspire others to get out and experience the world in a slower, more intentional way,” Peter said via a release.
They plan to drive from their home in Green Bay on April 4, and begin their tandem biking adventure from Mobile toward St. Augustine, Florida, before turning north to Boston with the goal of arriving there by late May.
