MARINETTE COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – Robert Chilcote, the 29-year-old man accused of killing his girlfriend, Gabriella Cartagena, was bound over for trial in court on Thursday morning.
According to court records, Chilcote was in custody for the 10 a.m. hearing while in court with an attorney.

The charge stems from Cartagena’s disappearance on February 4, and the discovery of her body on February 10, with Chilcote identified as the susepct. Chilcote and his attorney waived a preliminary hearing and requested an arraignment for May 6.
The hearing on Thursday was adjourned around 10:03 a.m., with the arraignment set for May 6 at 3 p.m.
