MEQUON, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in southern Wisconsin released information about a barn roof collapse that sent multiple people to the hospital.
According to the Southern Ozaukee Fire Department, on April 13, around 10 a.m., crews were sent to a report of a barn roof collapse with multiple people trapped. The incident was on the 2200 block of West County Line Road.
When crews got to the scene, several injured people were found outside the structure. It was confirmed that three people were trapped inside.

All three were removed. A total of seven people were sent to area hospitals.
The injuries reprotedly ranged from minor to serious.
The cause of the collapse is still under investigation. Multiple agencies assisted with the incident.
