GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Kids with the Brown County Pals program were treated to a movie night on Monday, hosted by the Green Bay Packers and the Green Bay Police Department.
The event, held at the Bay Park Square Cinema, brought together officers, volunteers, Packers players, and children for dinner and a movie.

Before the start of the movie, police took some time to speak with the kids about online safety and showed off their K9 program, while Packers players Brant Banks and Drake Dabney spent time interacting with the participants.
This is our third movie night where we have Packers, pals, and police come together to really have a fun and interactive way for kids to engage not only with the Packers, of course, but with the Green Ba Police Department, because sometimes our kiddos have not had the best experience with officers, so it’s a really great way to introduce them to law enforcement, different authority, in a safe and fun enviroment.

Leaders of the Brown County Pals program say they are looking for more volunteers and mentors who can serve as safe, positive role models for kids in need of support and guidance.
