DE PERE, Wis. (WFRV) – Before getting into the station on Thursday to host your evening newscasts, Tom and Stacy had a busy morning recognizing volunteers.
The annual Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) Volunteer Awards took place at De Pere’s Old Swan Club on Thursday morning, and both Tom and Stacy were the emcees for the event.
