KAUKAUNA, Wis. (WFRV) – A 40-year-old from Kaukauna was arrested for an alleged fourth Operating While Intoxicated offense on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol’s Fond du Lac Post, a State Trooper witnessed a white Chrysler sedan tailgating another vehicle on I-41 southbound just before 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

The driver, identified as Cassidy Bybee of Kaukauna, reportedly passed up the vehicle and hit speeds over 95 miles per hour, and the trooper noticed no displayed registration, prompting a traffic stop.
The trooper made contact with Bybee, who reportedly displayed signs of impairment, prompting the arrest.
Bybee faces a fourth OWI as well as additional traffic citations.
